Example

Employee Jean has had a legal mobility budget for a few years now, but he is moving to a more remote place and would need a car from now on. Next to that, he also had a STIB/MIVB subscription he ordered via Mbrella. So, the budget should be canceled, but the public transport subscription should not.

Context

When you offboard an employee, their mobility budget will be ended, but so will their ongoing subscriptions they ordered via Mbrella.

Solution

So, if you want to cancel someone's budget, but not their subscriptions, you should send us a message via the chat saying which budget should be canceled for which employee on which date.
