In Meadow Admin, navigate to the Products area and select Multi Edit Products to view (and update) a complete table of all products and product options in your catalogue.
Multi Edit can only be used by admins with full permissions or the "Multi Edit Products" permission enabled.
View Products
Products tab
The Products tab is selected by default and shows all products in your catalogue.
Product Options tab
Select the Product Options tab to list each product option individually.
Columns
Show or hide any column as needed:
Product name
Brand
Category
Subcategories
Strain Type
Status
Featured
Menu Display Unit
Price
Sales Price
Show all columns (default view)
Filter
Any of the column values above can be used in the Filter section, including searching by product or option name.
Filters can be stacked, for example showing products belonging to a specific category AND brand.
Archived products are not visible unless the Archived Status is selected.
Click "Reset Filters" to remove all filters and return to the full product list.
Sort
Sort you product list alphanumerically by clicking any column header.
Clicking the column will cycle between unsorted, ascending and descending sort.
Edit Products
Select one or multiple products to update by clicking the checkboxes on the left.
Holding the "shift" key while clicking checkboxes allows selection of a range - for example, by clicking on the first checkbox and shift + clicking the tenth, all products in between would also be selected.
Once the relevant products are selected, click the Edit Products button, and select from the available options to edit product status, brand, subcategory, etc.
Updating Prices
Both list prices and sales prices can be updated in multiple ways. Sales prices cannot be set equal to or above a product's current list price.
Set - choose a new sales price for the selected products. It will add a sales price for any products that don't have one and overwrite it for any products that have a different sales price already entered.
Shift by Percent - Apply a percent based increase/decrease to existing list prices or sales prices.
Shift by Amount - Apply a dollar based increase/decrease to existing list prices or sales prices.
Set Relative to Price - Only available when setting sales prices - choose the percent below list price that you want the selected product's sale price to be.
Remove - clears any existing sales price.
Shift by Percent and Set Relative to Price allow rounding up/down/to the nearest cent, nickel, dime, quarter, fifty cents, dollar or five dollars.
Note
Use extreme caution with this tool - it is not possible to undo actions, and a mistaken change applied to every product could require manually fixing each product.
If you use the "Remove subcategory" action on every product that has a subcategory, that subcategory will be deleted.
If you want to perform multiple actions on selected products, don't change the products in a way that removes them from the filtered list.
If an admin is unable to use Multi Edit, find them in the admins list and confirm their permissions include either "full" or the "Multi Edit Products" sub-permission.
