How do I know when an order comes in or a new customer registers?

Use text and email notifications to keep up to speed on new orders and customers entering the system.

Using the Notifications tab in Setting you can:

  • Get a text message or email sent to the manager and dispatcher's phones when a new order comes in.

  • Get emails when a new customer joins your collective.

  • Add as many phone numbers or email addresses as you need to make sure every order is processed quickly.
