This checklist walks you through the core features to get up and running. Follow the steps in order for the best experience.
1. Connect your social accounts
Data won't appear until at least one account is connected. Go to the profile dropdown → Manage Social Accounts.
Platform requirements: Instagram must be a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page. TikTok must be a Business account. LinkedIn is Business only.
Accounts show as "Syncing" after connection — data loads within 24–48 hours.
2. Invite your team and set permissions
Go to Settings → Team Members to add teammates and customize their access. Key permissions include adding/managing social accounts, exporting data, managing groups, and running reports.
3. Set up your Dashboard
The Dashboard gives you a real-time performance overview across all connected accounts. Create a custom dashboard, choose your metrics, and use filters (platform, account, date range) to zero in on what matters.
4. Explore the Posts tab
Every post is benchmarked against your account's normal range and categorized as Doing Great, About Average, or Could Do Better. Click into any post to see its full metrics breakdown.
5. Organize content with Post Groups
Group posts by campaign, content type, or any criteria you define. Use Auto-Grouping to automatically populate groups based on keywords, AI content tags, platform, post type, or performance level.
6. Set a Target
Track progress against a measurable goal — by account, platform, metric, and date range. Targets appear alongside your metrics for real-time monitoring.
7. Generate a report
Create a PDF or PPTX report using pre-built templates. Choose your accounts, select metrics, customize slides, and download — ready to share with stakeholders.
8. Track competitors (optional)
Add public Instagram or TikTok accounts to benchmark against competitors. Their data is available across dashboards, post groups, and reports — no login credentials required.
