Med App allows hospitals to complete assessments digitally on a mobile device, tablet or computer to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary paper-based waste. We'll provide an overview of the process and then progress into the more detailed steps to complete your assessment.
This workflow is specifically for the PR&D forms used at some Med App accounts.

Completing an assessment as a Preceptor (EMAIL)
When a TPP assigns you a form as their preceptor, follow these steps to access and complete the form:
You'll receive an email with a link to the form
Click the link to start the form. You can access the same form via the same link at a later stage.
Save as a draft if you need to come back to it later
Once the form is complete and ready for submission, press continue to submit or send back to the TPP for their review/submission (workflow will depend on form type).
Retracting a form section: A TPP can retract a form section if needed from their app by pressing 'retract & resubmit' (they cannot retract it if the preceptor has saved a draft or submitted their section) (see how)

Completing a form as a Preceptor (SMS)
When a TPP assigns you a form as their preceptor, follow these steps to complete the ANSAT form if assigned by SMS:
You'll receive an SMS
Click the link to start the form. Alternatively, to access the form later via the link.
Complete the assessment on your mobile or click on the computer icon on the top right of the screen to complete the form via computer (See how)
Once the form is completed you can:
Save as a draft
or
Send the completed form to the TPP for them to review and sign.
Using a computer or tablet device to complete your assessment
It's easy to switch to another device to complete an assessment, all you need is access to a web browser. See the following steps:
During an assessment, press the desktop icon in the top right corner of any assessment
Open a web browser on any device and enter web.med.app/form
Enter the unique code from your mobile device
Complete & submit the assessment
