Core Schedule Helps hospitals manage healthcare staff scheduling with ease, eliminating headaches caused by shift swaps, cancellations and leave requests. When integrated with Med App, it makes access to rostering information easy by removing barriers to access, keeping information at the fingertips of clinicians.

Accessing rosters a demonstration of a pain-free process

  • Lightning quick navigation to rosters

  • No log-in barriers

  • Displayed in easy to navigate mobile friendly format

Implementing Core Schedule

If your hospital is working with Core Schedule and you'd like to make your rosters accessible through Me App, here are the steps to turning on the functionality & adding roster links to Med App.

Once a link is added, it will reflect live information & changes from Core Schedule

Requesting the integration

  1. Identify the rosters or views that you'd like to see live

  2. Contact your customer success team member at Med App to connect the platforms

  3. Once enabled request a URL from Core Schedule for each roster

Adding rosters to Med App

Now that you have a URL for each roster, now it's time to add them to Med App

  1. Decide on a location, we highly recommend that this information lives in the 'Rosters and Rotations' category or tile.

  2. Create a heading or add to an existing one - You may choose to group rosters under a heading E.g. 'Relever rosters' could contain 4 links, GT, BPT, RMO
    Intern.

  3. Add each link as a seperate article, selecting the external link file type

  4. Paste your URL and create a relevant name (Note that this name should be easy to search for) E.g. RMO Reliever Roster

Tip If you have multiple rosters for different departments they can be separated into different headings. E.g. Emergency Rosters, Gen Med Rosters
