This form template can be generated multiple times to allow you to log reflections for education sessions and activities.
This form is slightly different to the others for ISLHD as it is a 'template', rather than being specifically assigned to you this template is available under the 'Forms' tile on the main guide page of the app.
How to:
Find the 'forms' tile on the main page of the app to access the template
Tap on the tile
You should then see the 'Reflection Form' template available.
It will show you how many you have completed, and currently have in draft.
Tap on the template and you will see options for:
Start new form - starts a new version of the form
View forms - takes you to the 'My Forms' section where you can see completed and draft versions of that template.
Start a new form, complete the sections and then submit.
Remember you can tap the desktop icon in the top right corner of the form to transfer it to a desktop browser (save as draft before transferring to make sure the content is available on the dashboard).
Also you can use the mic button on the phone keyboard to dictate responses into the text boxes to save time typing!
