Content is structured in a 3 level hierarchy.

  1. Category

  2. Headings

  3. Articles

Category - these icons display on the app screen and are the highest level you can sort content into. They are fixed in order to give a consistent experience across hospital and account locations.

Headings - are listed under the Categories and are completely configurable by you -this means you can add, delete and edit them. You can also select who can view the articles  (i.e. which roles and/or which hospitals).
Content that is available at more than 1 location is automatically classified as Global Content (as opposed to Local Content).

Articles - are pieces of content added under Headings. This is where you add in the text, images, PDFs, videos or external links.
Note, that you can only change the role and location based permissions for a Heading, you cannot make specific Articles available to different roles or different locations.
