Once a survey has been distributed and is available to clinicians for response, the responses to the survey will be live to view from the dashboard and downloadable as a PDF / CSV.
To view the responses to a survey:
Go to the Surveys homepage
Identify the survey template the survey you are interested in belongs to and click into it
On the Survey Template Details page you will see all the distributions that have been sent. Identify the survey distribution you are interested in and click into it.
You will be take to the responses for that survey distribution. When viewing the responses to a survey you will be able to view a graphical representation of the responses in the dashboard view, and you can also download a PDF or CSV of the results.
If your survey was linked to an event you can also view the responses from the events section of the dashboard by clicking into the event of interest, which takes you to the Event Details page, where you will see the tab for 'Surveys' in the top right. This is where you will also be able to see the responses for the survey linked to that event.
