This article is for when you have invited someone to the app (via the user invite page) but may have accidentally entered in the wrong phone number, email or other details.
Note: You can only update details for people who have been invited, but have not yet registered. Once they have registered, the clinician will have control over their personal details and can update directly in the app.
Video walkthrough of the process (written instructions below):
Step 1: Go to the Invited tab on the Users page:
Click on the Users tool in the left hand panel
Find the 'Invited' tab on this page. This shows you everyone who has been invited to the app, but has not yet registered.
Find the person you want to update, by scrolling the list or using the search bar.
Step 2: View profile and update details
Click on the persons name to go to their profile page.
In the top right there is an edit user button, click it.
You will see a pop-up with their details.
Make any updates/amendments to the information as required.
Hit 'save user'
Step 3: Re-send invitation
Once the details are updated, you may need to resend the invitation. E.g. in case the incorrect phone or email was entered originally, meaning they may not have properly received the invite.
On the 'invited' tab of the user list you will see a 'resend invitation' button. Click this to automatically send the invitation to the user.
If you want to resend to multiple people. Select the checkboxes next to the people you want to resend to.
Then click the 'resent invitations' button in the bottom right corner.
