Dashboard administrators can upload a profile picture of a clinician via the user profile page.

Some workforce teams utilise photos of clinicians for identification purposes when there are large cohorts and low interactions with the clinicians.

How to add a user photo

  1. Log into the Med App dashboard: https://dash.med.app

  2. Click on the user tab on the left navigation pane

  3. Click on an individual user profile that you would like to add a profile photo (Use the search and filter options to find the profile you wish to update).

  4. Click the add profile photo button in the top left

4. Find the picture on your hard drive or local network file, and click to upload

NOTE: The maximum upload size of a profile pic 5MB.

5. To remove photo, click remove Profile Photo button under the saved photo.

Important Notes:

Currently the profile picture will only be visible on the dashboard, in the individual profile.

A future product release will enable end users to upload their own profile picture via the app and see the uploaded picture.

You will require access to a photo on local storage to upload a picture. You are unable to take a picture via Med App.

NOTE: This feature is not enabled for all accounts as default. If you would like to utilise this feature at your hospital, please contact the Med App team via contact@med.app.
