Dashboard users can now preview Mailout messages and rich text documents to help visualise how it will look for clinicians!

Mailout

Mailouts help track clinicians' engagement with important messaging like orientation, which is useful for accreditation evidence. Ensure it is concise & reads well, use the preview function.

How to use Mailout preview

  1. Open an existing Mailout template or create a new one by opening communications -> Mailout

  2. In the Mailout editor press the 'Preview' button at the bottom of the page


Rich Text article

Rich text articles are mobile-optimised, offline available documents, that automatically generate a contents page!

How to create a mobile preview rich text articles

  1. Open any existing rich text document in the 'Articles' feature from the left-hand menu of Med App or create a new rich text document by following this guide

  2. Use the 'preview' button at the bottom of the page to generate the mobile preview
