MedcoVet maintains flat-rate pricing for individual accessory elements:
Replacement Plastic Spacer Attachment: $40
Replacement 5V 2A Power Charger Block & Cable: $40
Replacement Optical Comb Assembly (if a tooth breaks): $40
How to Order
To order a replacement part, message MedcoVet Support via your app or website chat. Please provide:
Your full name and pet's name.
The mobile phone number associated with your master app login.
The specific part you need replaced.
Your current shipping address.
A quick smartphone photo of the damaged piece (if applicable, to ensure correct model compatibility).
Billing Authorization
For your data security, our agents cannot take credit card numbers over chat or phone. Support will send you an authorization confirmation to bill the current card securely saved on file within your MedcoVet app profile. If your card on file is expired or invalid, you must log into your app and update it under Settings > Payment Settings before your parts order can be processed.
