I received an email stating my case is closed and that my recurring payment has ceased. What do I do next?
Once your case is closed, you can begin the process of returning your Luma device to MedcoVet. A prepaid return shipping label will be sent to you via email.
What items should I include in the return box?
Make sure to include the following items in the box:
Luma Device
Spacer
Charger
Step-by-Step Instruction Card
How do I securely pack the return box?
After confirming all items are in the box, secure it using zip ties to ensure it does not open during transit.
Where do I take the package for shipping?
Take the securely packed box to USPS. Be sure to ask for a shipping receipt as proof that you've successfully dropped off the device for return.
Please note: If we do not receive notification that the Luma has been shipped back from USPS within 10 days, we will reinstate the weekly rental charge, including the 10-day grace period, on your card until the device has been shipped back to our warehouse.
