What happens if I don't return the Luma device within 10 days?
If we do not receive notification from USPS that the Luma device has been shipped back within 10 days, we will reinstate the weekly rental charge on your card. This will include charges for the 10-day grace period and will continue until the device is received back at our warehouse.
