Navigate to portal.medcovet.com and select a case.

To change the protocol, click "modify protocol."

You can adjust conditions, treatment time for each spot, treatment frequency, add or remove steps, and specify what the pet owner should monitor.

Once modified, the pet owner receives a notification about the protocol change and will see the updated protocol automatically.
