Why some media data may not be associated with a plan

If you detect entries that are listed under No Plan it's likely because someone in your organization added data into the sheet view of the Media Overview at the Organizational level, instead of the plan level. Therefore, the data has no associated plan.

In order to find the data that is returning the error go to Media Overview - Calendar view of your organization. From here filter the grain of the calendar view by plan > find the category No Plan > and fold out the sub-categories until you reach entries. Once here, click on the colored block for that entry in the flowchart and choose to view the entry. That will then take you to the entry so you can make delete it or make any necessary changes.
