If you use certain filters often, you can bookmark (save) them for quick access. Bookmarks can be private (only you can view and edit the configuration) or public (everyone can view and edit the configuration).

๐Ÿ’ก You can read more about filtering in Mediatool here.

Create a Bookmark

To create a new bookmark:

  1. Open a Tab: Open a tab where you want to create a bookmark. It can be the Calendar View, the Sheet View, the Delivery Plan, the Approvals, the Reports, and the Targets.

  2. Add the Filters: Configure the filters per your needs/preferences.

  3. Open the Bookmark Menu: Hit the star button on the right side of the filter field. In the drop-down menu click on 'Create bookmark' in blue text.

  4. Create the Bookmark: In the pop-up window add name and set permissions. You can also decide whether you want the date range to be included.

Delete a Bookmark

โš ๏ธ You can't edit a bookmark. Instead, you can make changes needed and save it as a new bookmark. The old one can then be deleted.

To delete a bookmark:

  1. Open a Tab: Open a tab where you want to edit a bookmark.

  2. Open the Bookmark Menu: Hit the star button on the right side of the filter field.

  3. Delete the Bookmark: On the right side of the bookmark name, there are three dots. You click on them and select 'delete'.

View All the Bookmarks

To find all previously created bookmarks:

  1. Open a Tab: Open a tab where you want to find a bookmark.

  2. Open the Bookmark Menu: Hit the star button on the right side of the filter field. Here there are all of the previously created bookmarks.
