All of the products you offer within your MV Site are protected behind a login that requires a username and password which is set automatically by the system when their account is first created (see more about that here).

After someone has had an account created for them in your MV Site by joining one of your products and by you manually creating their account, they can log into your Site by accessing your account's main URL and using the 'Sign-In' prompt in the top right corner.

Once logged in, your person will see the products they have access to within your MV Site under their 'My Products' area and any other available products offered under 'Available Products'.

If you have people reaching out noting that they are having challenges logging in, please review this article which provides you with suggestions for helping them troubleshoot login/access concerns.

If you are trying to access your Admin account for your MV Site, you should be doing so from the Admin Login Page and not the general sign-in area where your people access your site.
