Great question! Anytime you reply to your members’ quiz answers, they’ll receive a notification right from within their MemberVault account and via email.
Here’s what the in-app notification looks like on your member's end:
A green dot will appear on their user profile image at the top right corner of the screen and once they click on it, they'll see your reply under the Notifications area.
And here’s an example of the email they’ll receive notifying them of your quiz reply:
Each notification will lead your members back to the quiz questions inside a particular lesson so they can easily review your reply.
They can also reply to you, and the two of you can continue to communicate back and forth on these replies as a direct messaging channel within your quiz questions!
You and your member will get a notification for each additional reply on this thread, and for you as the admin these replies will all be grouped together in your Quiz Answer section under Activity on your admin dashboard.
By default, they’ll receive the notifications via email and in-app.
However, they can also personalize their notification settings by going to their User Profile area:
We also provide a link inside their email to where they can set their notification preferences.
Extra Bonus: Your members will also receive these notifications when someone replies to their comments!
