If your mentions have disappeared, it's usually because the keyword or tracker that collected them has been deleted.
Why this happens
Mentions are permanently removed when:
You delete a keyword.
You delete a tracker that contains your keyword(s).
Once a keyword or tracker is deleted, the mentions associated with it are also removed and cannot be restored.
Best practice
If you no longer need to monitor a keyword but want to keep its historical mentions, consider pausing the keyword or tracker instead of deleting it.
