The “All Mentions” page (Menu > Mentions > All Mentions) is where you can browse, manage, and take action on all of your collected mentions, one by one or in bulk.

Before you start

The page always reflects the trackers, timeframe, and filters you've selected. Before diving in, make sure you've chosen the right trackers/keywords/social profiles from the Mention Trackers box and set your desired timeframe and filters.

Display options

You have several ways to customize how mentions are displayed:

Group by day When enabled, mentions are separated by date. Turn it off to see all posts in one continuous feed, useful when sorting by engagement to surface the most impactful posts from a given period.

Group mentions by date

Group similar posts Collapses duplicate or similar mentions into a single card. You can still expand any grouped post manually by clicking the +1 (or +2, etc.) icon in the top-right corner of the mention card.

Group mentions by similar posts

Sort order You can choose how your mentions are ordered:

  • Time (most recent)

  • Reach / Rank

  • Engagement

  • Views / Impressions

Sort mentions by engagement

Thumbnails Toggle mention thumbnails on or off. Turning them off can help lighten the load on your browser.

Paging Set how many results load per page, 50, 150, or 250. Scroll down to load more.

Optimised View This option only loads mentions that are currently visible on screen, which can improve performance when browsing large volumes of data.

View format You can switch between four display formats: Blocks, List, Table, or Emails.

From that point on you can edit your mentions, and perform bulk actions.
