Imagine there was one person with one responsibility: to make sure you were successful with Paige. That’s exactly what this tab enables through automated check-ins, alerts, and follow-ups. Here’s what each automation does:

Alert Name

Description

I want to know if there's anything new in your business to post about

Paige emails a selected contact asking if there’s anything new happening in the business. If they reply, Paige creates SEO-optimized content based on their response and sends it to the assigned approver before anything is published.

There's a new task for you to complete

Paige emails someone when it detects something that needs attention, such as adding an offer, reviewing the Optimizations tab, or completing another recommended action. If you’re working with a marketing agency, this should be sent to you—not the client.

You're not getting enough reviews

If your business goes more than five days without receiving a review, Paige emails your review request link along with suggestions to help you generate more reviews.

Doing great with reviews

If you receive multiple 4–5 star reviews within a 7-day period, Paige congratulates you and shares your updated Google rating and total review count.

Doing great with image uploading

If you upload enough images to cover at least six months of posting, Paige will congratulate you and let you know you’re fully stocked on images.

A change was made to your profile

If Google or a user makes a change to your Google Business Profile, Paige notifies you and clearly shows what changed, including the before and after values. This lets you quickly decide whether to keep the change or revert it. Paige does not block changes automatically, so you stay in control.

Need to upload more images

If Paige detects that you’re running low on images and won’t have enough for the next five days, it emails you (or someone you choose) with your image upload link and password to make uploading fast and easy.

Weekly Summary of Automations

Once a week, Paige sends a detailed summary of everything it did in the past week and everything planned for the upcoming week. Each item is clickable so you can review the exact content that was created or published.

Note:
If you white-label Paige, all of these emails are branded as your company. If you’re part of the Agency Partner Program, you can fully customize these alerts and send them from your own agency email address.
