Reporting Automations

Every month, Paige sends you a progress report so you can clearly see what’s happening with your Google Business Profile and how it’s performing. This is how you can set up your automated reports.

Paige will send you (or whoever you'd like) monthly progress reports showing how well you are ranking the day you signed up, compared to each subsequent month. Based on whether you said you are an SMB or an agency during the sign-up process, you might see different questions on this tab. If you don't see these questions but want to, please contact our support team using the live chat in the bottom left and ask them to swap you from an SMB to an Agency user.

The following questions will control how your reports are generated:

Where should I send the monthly reports?

You can select the reports to go to yourself, someone else on your team, a client, or multiple people. You can also bcc someone.

Which day of the month do you want me to send reports?

You can select either every 30 days starting today or a specific day each month. Note: Paige will only run automated reports while the business is open. So if you select a day and the business is closed, it will be generated on the next business day using the hours from the Google Business Profile.

When did you start managing this Google Business Profile?

This question is only shown to agency users and we ask it to control the section of reports that says how many actions were taken on their Google Business Profile since you started managing them. We give you this option instead of assuming it's the day you on-boarded them to Paige in case you were using a different software or service previously. If you are an SMB user, we set this value to the day you signed up for Paige.

Do you want me to show rank improvement suggestions on reports?

This question is only shown to agency users and enabled by default for SMB users. It can point out deficiencies in the Google Business Profile on reports so you can proactively fix them.

Should I include competitor information on reports?

This question is only shown to agency users and enabled by default for SMB users. You can change the assigned competitor on the business details settings tab.

Should I include AI rankings on reports?

This question is only shown to agency users and enabled by default for SMB users. This can show or hide the AI visibility on reports

Which Metrics Would You Like To See?

If you select only positive metrics, Paige will focus on just the improvements. Or if you wish to see all metrics, you can select all metrics.

Once you save these settings your first report will generate in 30 days!
