Overview

Managing pending booking requests is key in the busy world of marina operations. Whether you're adding a request to a waitlist or need to decline one, the process should be smooth and simple. This guide will show you how to handle these requests efficiently.

Step 1: Navigating to the Requests Section

Start by navigating to the Requests section. You can find this section conveniently located in the main menu. Click on it to enter the space where pending booking requests await your attention.

Step 2: Selecting a Request

Once you're in the Requests section, it's time to dive into the pending requests. Select one request from the list by simply clicking anywhere on the corresponding bar. This action will direct you to the request's details page, where further actions can be taken.

Step 3: Opening the Dropdown Menu

On the request details page, you'll encounter a button called Proceed to Confirm (on the top right) with a dropdown menu next to it. This menu holds the key to managing the request efficiently.

Step 4: Deciding on Action

Within the dropdown menu, you'll find two options: Decline the Request or Add to Waitlist.

Whether it's declining due to unavailability or adding to the waitlist for future availability, make the decision that best serves your objectives.

Note: When you click on one of the options, you can choose to send a notification to the boater. Decide whether to notify the boater, then confirm the action.
