The error (Error Occurred details: Error Code: 1007 Obj:consignment[0].deliveryDetails.notificationDetails.mobile Error Type:Validation Error Message:Delivery notification email or mobile is mandatory) from DPD indicates that an Email and/ or Mobile number is required within the Order details before Shipment can be generated. To update this, please follow the steps below:
Click Orders then Overview.
Search for the order number.
Click Actions then Details.
Scroll down to the Email and Mobile fields.
Ensure at least one of these fields are populated.
Click Save.
You will now be able to Create Shipment for that order and should no longer be getting the error. If you are still getting the error after following the above steps, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. Please include any relevant references for the order(s) affected.
