Downloading and populating a spreadsheet

To bulk upload orders into Mintsoft using a CSV Spreadsheet, please do the following:

  1. Click Orders then click Upload New Order.

  2. Select the Template Style you want to download.

  3. By default, we have two spreadsheets you can download.

    • Single Order Per Line: Each additional product for an order is kept on the same row (line) on the spreadsheet, going horizontally across.

    • Multi Order per Line: Each new product for an order is placed on an additional row (line) on the spreadsheet, going vertically down. The system links each line based on the Order ID column and auto-merge together.

  4. Once downloaded, open the File and populate the required information.

    • You only must populate address details on the first line of data for each order.

  5. Click Save.

Creating a Custom Spreadsheet

As well as our default spreadsheets, you can also create your own custom spreadsheets to upload orders.

FAQ

What do I fill in as the Shipping Method on the Multi Order per Line spreadsheet?

The ShippingMethod column on the Multi Order per Line spreadsheet requires either the exact courier service name or it can act as the Courier Service Mapping Value.

To match a value entered in the ShippingMethod to a Courier, you must set up a Courier Service Mapping.

Note: When creating the Courier Service Mapping for orders being uploaded to Mintsoft, the Source needs to be set as Spreadsheet.
