1. Standard Per Minute Pricing
e-Bikes: €1 unlock fee, then — €0.29 per minute (€0.15 per minute when paused)
Pedal Bikes: €1 unlock fee, then — €0.04 per minute
You’ll always see the price clearly displayed in the app before starting your ride.
Standard pricing applies unless you select a Pass or Discount Package first.
2. Passes & Subscriptions
30 / 60 Minute Pass — Best for Occasional Riders
Ride passes are one-time purchases that give you discounted ride time. Perfect if you ride occasionally but want better value than pay-as-you-go. These Passes do not auto-renew.

Wallet Top-Ups
The minimum wallet top-up amount is €5, top-up by €10 or €30 to get bonus credit!
Top-up €10 get €1 bonus credit
Top-up €30 get €3 bonus credit
Your wallet will automatically top-up by ~€5 when your balance falls below €3. You can enable or disable Auto Top-Up in the app at any time. Auto Top-up is on by default for new customers.

Important Reminder
Penalties apply for misuse or incorrect parking. Bikes not parked at a public bike stand may result in a €6 fine, with repeated violations subject to higher penalties €30.
