Minute Pass vs. Weekly / Monthly Pass - What's the difference?
30 / 60 Minute Pass are one-time purchases that include a set amount of minutes and unlocks. They’re great for occasional riders who want better value than pay-as-you-go.
Weekly (120 min) / Monthly Pass (400 min) are subscriptions designed for regular riders. They renew automatically each week/month and give you the lowest cost per minute. You can cancel with one tap at any time, unused minutes do not roll over.
What happens if I use all my included minutes?
If you use all the minutes in your Pass (30 / 60 / 120 / 400 mins), any further riding is charged at the standard PAYG rate — even if the Pass is still within its valid date window.
How do unlock limits work?
Passes are limited by both minutes and unlocks. The Pass ends when either limit is reached. Example: On a 30-Minute Pass you have 4 unlocks. If you use 4 unlocks but only ride 20 minutes total, the Pass will still expire.
I have a Pass but I got charged — why?
This means you’ve already used up either: All your included minutes, or All your included unlocks. Once either allocation is used, your rides switch to the PAYG rate automatically. Even if this happens during the ride. Ensure you pick one that gives you a sufficient minutes allocation for your needs.
Can I buy a new Pass while my current one is still active?
Not yet. You need to wait until the current Pass’s valid-through date has ended. Example: A 60-Minute Pass is valid for 3 days. If you use all 60 minutes on day 1, you still must wait until day 3 to purchase another — during this time, rides are charged at the PAYG rate. If needed, you can message Customer Support and we can cancel the active but used Pass for you so you can purchase a new one immediately.
Why did more minutes get deducted than I expected?
Ride time is counted in full minutes. If your ride goes slightly over a minute, it is rounded up. Example: A 2 min 20 sec ride = 3 minutes deducted. This applies to both Passes and Subscriptions.
