You can ride MOBY e-bikes (battery permitting) and pedal bikes anywhere within the operating area shown on the app map.
You may ride into a red zone, but you cannot pause or end your ride there. If you enter a red zone, you must ride back to a green parking zone to finish your trip.
What the map colours mean
White/Clear – Operating area (you can ride here)
Green – Parking zone. End your ride here at a public bike stand only
Red – No-parking zone. You cannot pause or end your ride here
Light Blue – Paid parking zone (for example, the airport). A fee applies to end your ride
Dark Blue– Discount parking zone. End your ride here to save money
Battery awareness
Keep an eye on the battery level. If the battery runs low and the bike stops outside a green parking zone, you may need to push it back and could incur a penalty if it’s left outside the correct parking area.
Parking compliance
Bikes left outside the permitted parking zones may incur a penalty and/or a removal fee.
