Add "extra" options on your proposals

Travel agencies have the possibility to offer a variety of optional activities or services to their customers to enhance their travel experience. These services or extras can be of different types:

  • Medical insurance

  • Travel insurance

  • Tickets

  • Transport

  • Tours

  • Sports equipment hire

  • Car rental

  • Catering services

Add your extras in the proposal

When editing a trip, in the "Price" tab you will find a section to add your extras.

We have two options to create it:

  1. Import a previously created extra.

  2. Or add one from scratch. To do this, you need to give it a title, description, assign an amount, set a limit on the number of places and add a photo. It is also possible to link the extra to a price package, depending on whether we want it to be available only to customers who pay x amount or who have chosen the payment plan, for example.

Add your extras in the App

To add them to the traveller's mobile application and give them the option to buy them at the destination, follow the same steps but select the mobile icon and check that it changes to "Available in app".

How the customer sees it in the proposal

At the time of booking the trip, users will be able to select the extras available in that proposal:

The traveller will be able to add the extras and the amount of each of them that he/she wants to add to the cart. They will be added to the total amount of the trip to be paid and the detailed breakdown can be seen in "your booking" (right side of the cart):
