How It Works
Navigate to a vehicle’s settings and open the new Unavailability tab.
Create time blocks with a reason, start/end times, and a recurrence pattern:
One-time — a specific date
Daily — every day (with optional date range)
Weekly — specific days of the week (with optional date range)
Blocked vehicles automatically show as unavailable in both the operator dispatch view and the customer booking portal — they cannot be selected for reservations during those periods.
‘Add Vehicle’ Unavailability Blocks
Unavailability blocks appear alongside trip conflicts with distinct icons for each:
🟠 Orange calendar icon = unavailability block
🔴 Red calendar icon = trip conflict (existing)
🟠🔴 Combined icon = both present
Dispatch Calendar
Unavailability blocks appear in the dispatch calendar with a grey ‘hatched’ pattern.
