We're continually making improvements to our tools, and this month we released several new enhancements to our Market Intelligence Dashboards, available inside Mortgage MarketSmart. Here are the latest updates.
Data Export
You can now export data in the HMDA and Profiles dashboards.
There are export limits, indicated on the export tabs.
There are many use cases for this export data, including:
Conducting your own detailed analysis and creating custom metrics
Reviewing market interest rate to identify refi candidates
LOs can re-create their client list after switching to a different lender
And many more
LO Employment History
You can now view LO company history, with the last five known employers, in the Loan Officer table in the "Relationships" tab in the Profile dashboards. The relationships are based on loan data, using where the LO worked at the time of the loan.
In the Loan Officers table, scroll to the right to find the Company History column.
Builder (Seller) Table Added
The Lender and Real Estate Agent Relationship tabs now include a Builder (seller) table.
Zone Segment Added to “Trends” Charts
"Zone" is now a segmenting option on trends charts the Profiles and HMDA Analysis dashboards.
Zones are currently defined for Atlanta, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Seattle and will show as blank/missing for other areas.
