To search through both your local tyre stock and GroupTyre stock:

  1. Navigate to the 'Parts / Tyres > Tyres' section in the main navigation bar.

  2. In the Tyres tab, you'll see your local stock displayed at the top half of the screen and available tyres from GroupTyre wholesaler at the bottom half.

Stock Code Search

  • Select the "Stock Code Search" option located at the top of the tab.

  • Start typing the stock code of the tyre you wish to find. The stock codes are typically prepended with the tyre size, so typing the size without slashes (e.g., 2055515 for a 205/55/15 tyre) will filter the results in real-time, displaying both your local stock and available stock from GroupTyre.

VRM Lookup

  • Choose the "VRM Lookup" option from the dropdown menu.

  • Enter a vehicle registration number (VRM). As you type, the dropdown will search your existing vehicles to check if the vehicle is already in your database.

  • If the vehicle is not found, a red option will appear, indicating that a new VRM lookup will be performed to fetch relevant information about the vehicle.

  • Once a valid vehicle is selected, a popup will appear displaying available tyre sizes for that vehicle. Choose the front and rear tyre sizes you wish to search and click save.

  • The search results will update to reflect the selected tyre sizes. You can specify which tyre you're looking for using the dropdown menu in the search results.

Grid Search Filters

  • The columns at the top of the tyres grid allow you to reorder the results according to your preference. Click on the column header to order by that property.

  • For properties such as Summer, Winter, Extra Load, SUV, Van, and Run flat, there are tick boxes. Check the box to show only results that have that property.

  • Properties like Wet grip, Fuel Efficiency, Bars, and Speed have dropdowns containing all available results, allowing you to quickly drill down to the desired result.
