What Motics does
Motics helps clinicians capture consultations, generate structured notes, and push them to your EHR. You can record or upload audio, transcribe, and generate AI summaries, then save, download, or push to systems like Cliniko, Meddbase, or Nookal.
Key concepts
Session: A single consultation you record/upload, transcribe, and summarise.
Summary: AI‑generated output in your chosen template (e.g., SOAP). You can edit and keep versions.
Templates: Control the structure/style of summaries. Mark favourites and defaults.
Context files: Attach supporting files (PDF/DOCX/TXT/MD/JPG/PNG; ≤3 MB) to guide summaries.
Integrations: Connect EHRs to push notes directly to patient records.
Pre‑requisites
Use a modern browser (we recommend Google Chrome).
Allow microphone access when prompted.
Set up any EHR integrations (Cliniko/Meddbase/Nookal) if you want to push notes.
