Pause a subscription
You need to be an organisation owner or co-owner to manage billing.
Open Settings from the bottom-left navigation.
Go to Billing.
Use Pause Subscription if it is available for your plan.
Use Resume Subscription to restart a paused subscription.
Cancel a subscription
Older guidance that says Account > Subscription > Cancel is not correct for the current Motics OS interface.
In the current interface, go to Settings > Billing. If your plan exposes cancellation through the secure billing portal, open Manage Billing and follow the portal flow. If you do not see a cancellation option, contact Motics support through the in-app chat and ask for subscription cancellation. Include your account email, organisation name, and the cancellation date you want.
Remove a teammate
Removing a teammate is different from cancelling a subscription or deleting an account.
Open Settings.
Go to Team.
Find the teammate.
Remove the member or change their role.
Owners, co-owners, and admins can manage team members.
Delete your Motics account
Account deletion is permanent and can remove associated data such as sessions, recordings, summaries, and settings.
Open Settings.
Go to Billing.
Scroll to Danger Zone.
Click Continue under Delete your account.
Enter a reason with at least 10 words.
Type
DELETE MY ACCOUNTexactly.Submit the request.
The Motics team will review the request and follow up within 48 hours.
