Understanding and following your macros is an important part of the Tighter Together challenge. Here’s everything you need to know about receiving, adjusting, and tracking your personalized macros.
When Will I Receive My Macros?
Our team carefully calculates each participant’s personalized macros to ensure accuracy. Submissions are reviewed manually, and your macros are typically ready within 3-5 days of submission.
Once complete, you can access your macros:
In the Moves App under Programs → Tighter Together → Nutrition
Directly via email for easy reference
If it’s been more than 3 days and you haven’t received your macros, please reach out and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of!
Can I Retake My Macro Assessment?
Each Tighter Together purchase allows one macro assessment submission.
If you’ve already received your macros and notice something that doesn’t look right, contact us so our team can review your plan.
If you haven’t yet received your macros, you may re-take the assessment, and we’ll always use your most recent submission to create your personalized plan.

How Do I Adjust My Macros?

Common Questions
I’m Gaining Weight. What Should I Do?
It’s normal to see weight fluctuations during a cutting phase. The scale is just one measure of progress—also consider:
Energy levels
Sleep quality
Workout performance
Some weight changes may be due to water retention, especially after increasing carbohydrate intake.

I Feel Tired or Low on Energy
Feeling low energy in the first few days is normal as your body adjusts to new intake levels.
Review the bio-feedback section in the Tighter Together manual (pg 26) for tips on when and how to adjust your macros.
If fatigue continues or you suspect your macros aren’t right, contact our team for review and adjustments.
I Still Have Weight to Lose. How Long Can I Stick With These Numbers?
Fat loss macros are designed to be followed 4–12 weeks at a time.
Limit total fat loss phases to 8–24 weeks per year to protect long-term health and metabolism.
