If you’ve recently canceled your subscription, you may notice your account status says “Pending Cancellation.”
No worries—this is completely normal and exactly what should happen after canceling.
Here’s what it means:
Your cancellation was successful ✅
You still have full access to your subscription until your next billing date
You will not be charged again
Your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period
Think of it as a “grace period” where you can continue using your subscription for the time you’ve already paid for.
⚠️ Were you on the Moves+ Founding Rate? Cancelling gives up the $300/yr founding rate — but not yet. While your account still shows "Pending Cancellation" you're inside the period you've paid for, and you can undo the cancellation yourself in Profile → Manage Subscription. Your founding rate stays intact.
Once your access ends, that's it — resubscribing means paying whatever the rate is then.
Why doesn’t it cancel immediately?
We don’t remove access right away because your subscription remains active through the end of your billing cycle. This ensures you get the full value of what you’ve already paid for.
Do I need to do anything else?
Nope! You’re all set. Once your status shows “Pending Cancellation,” your subscription is already canceled and no further action is needed.
