First of all — amazing work! Completing Postpartum Moves is a huge milestone, and you should feel really proud of yourself for showing up for your body during such a meaningful season 💙
The best part? You’ve built a strong foundation — and now you have options for what comes next.
Your Next Step: You’ve Got Options
After Postpartum Moves, most members are ready to move into Weekly Moves — our ongoing program designed to help you keep building strength, consistency, and confidence over time.
Because Postpartum Moves gradually progresses in both movement patterns and intensity, by the end of the program you’ve developed the strength and control needed to transition into Weekly Moves.
Option 2: Foundation Moves (If You Want a Bridge)
If you’d prefer a more structured transition, you can also choose to go through Foundation Moves next.
Foundation Moves reinforces the same core movement patterns and strength-building approach, but in a dedicated 6-week format focused on progression and skill development.
It’s a great option if you:
Want a slower, more intentional build
Feel like you’d benefit from extra time practicing form and stability
Prefer a clear, start-to-finish program before moving into Weekly Moves
So… Which Should You Choose?
Both paths are great — and you really can’t go wrong 💙
Ready to keep the momentum going? → Start with Weekly Moves
Want a more gradual transition? → Start with Foundation Moves
No matter which you choose, you’re continuing to build on the strong foundation you created in Postpartum Moves.
What About Core Moves?
Great question — and this depends on which path you choose next.
If you move into Foundation Moves:
You do not need to add Core Moves. Foundation Moves already has Core Moves Phase 1 integrated into the program, so your core recovery and strength work is built in.
If you move directly into Weekly Moves:
You can add Core Moves Phase 2 alongside your workouts if you’d like continued support with core recovery, connection, and rebuilding strength.
Think of it as an optional add-on to help you keep progressing your core as you return to more regular training.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
There’s no rush — progress at a pace that feels good for your body
Every postpartum journey looks different — comparison isn’t helpful here
You can always move between programs based on what you need
