How Do I Stop a Workout Program?

If you’re ready to wrap up a program — whether you’ve completed it, want to try something new, or just need a break — you can easily stop it in the app.

💡 Don’t worry — ending a program won’t delete your workout history. You’ll still see all completed workouts and logged data in your profile.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Open Programs

From the Programs tab, go to either the Library or Active section, then select the program you’d like to stop.

End the Program

Tap the “End” button in the bottom right corner.

Confirm

Tap “End Program” to remove it from your schedule.

Unfollow Weekly Moves

When you sign up for Moves, we automatically add Weekly Moves to your calendar by default to help get you started with workouts. If you're doing a different program instead, you can "Unfollow" Weekly Moves so it doesn't appear on your calendar anymore. This is particularly useful if you are starting another multi-week program, such as prenatal or postpartum workouts, as it helps avoid overlapping schedules.

  1. Open Programs
From the Programs tab, go to either the Library or Active section.

  2. Select Weekly Moves

  3. Tap "Unfollow"

Note: Unfollowing Weekly Moves will not delete your past workout data. All previous sessions will remain saved in your workout history, ensuring that your progress is preserved

Tip: Weekly Moves cannot be scheduled to start on a specific future date. When you are ready to start, simply go to the Programs tab and follow Weekly Moves at that time to add it to your calendar.

Workaround: The Moves App does not offer a direct "pause" option for Weekly Moves. If you need to take a break for a week, you can manually delete the workouts scheduled for that week. Alternatively, if you are starting another multi-week program, it is recommended to unfollow Weekly Moves to avoid overlapping schedules.
