To receive your personalized macro count, you first need to complete the intake assessment provided when you sign up for Move Together.
Key Details
Deadline: Submit your assessment by Friday, May 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST. Assessments are processed in the order they are received.
Processing Time: After submission, allow 2–5 days to receive your custom macro count via email.
Important Notes
Exclusive to the Challenge Period: While Move Together workouts and recipes are accessible anytime, the macro count is only available during the challenge and for 6 months after the challenge start date.
