When is the next Move Together? We don't have exact dates yet, but the next one will be sometime in Fall 2026. Stay tuned for more!
The Move Together challenge provides macro calculations based on the information you submit in the Macro Assessment Form. However, it does not offer customized macros tailored to individual dietary or medical needs, such as pre-diabetes or post-surgery requirements.
If you’re looking for personalized support outside of the challenge, we recommend working with our nutritionist partner, Courtney Rushing, who offers 1:1 macro coaching tailored to your individual needs. You can learn more about her services on her website here.
