Open the Moves App, and tap on the Profile tab located at the bottom right of the screen.
2. Within your profile, scroll down to the Account section and tap on Favorite Workouts.
3. Once you click on Favorite Workouts, you will see a list of all the workouts you have marked as favorites.
4. Click on the ellipsis (...) and "Add Workout" to schedule the workout on your calendar or "Remove Favorite" to remove the workout from your favorites.
By following these steps, you can easily locate and enjoy your favorite workouts anytime!
