Accidents happen—we’ve got you! 💪
If you deleted a workout from your calendar but still want to complete it, you can easily re-add it:
Go to your Programs tab.
Tap My Programs.
Open the Schedule tab.
Find the workout you deleted.
Tap the workout, then select Start Workout.
This will put the workout back on your calendar right away so you can jump in! 🎉
What if I already completed the workout?
If you deleted a workout after finishing it (or accidentally tapped Discard instead of Complete during a workout), we’re so sorry — your workout data can’t be recovered once it’s deleted.
But don’t worry — you can still re-add the workout using the steps above and complete it again if you’d like!
