Step 1: Tap the "Program" icon in the bottom app menu.
Step 2: Select a workout program from the list.
Step 3: Tap on "Start program".
Step 4: Choose your starting point, and tap "Next."
Step 5: Choose your workout days, and tap "Next."
Step 6: Choose your start date, and tap on "Start program".
