Starting a new workout program in the Moves App is quick and simple. Here’s how to get set up:
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open Programs
From the app Dashboard, tap the “Program” icon in the bottom menu.
Select Your Program
Browse the list of available programs and tap on the one you’d like to begin.

Tap "Start Program"
Once you’re on the program page, tap the Start Program button.
Before starting, you can explore an overview of the program, review the weekly schedule, check out helpful resources (like manuals or guides), and confirm the equipment you’ll need to complete the workouts.
Choose Your Starting Point
Some programs let you select a starting week or day. Pick where you’d like to begin, then tap Next.
Set Your Workout Days
Choose which days of the week you’d like to train. This helps the app organize your calendar. Tap Next to continue.
Pick a Start Date
Select the date you’d like your program to begin, then tap Start Program to confirm.
✅ That’s it! Your program will now appear on your Home screen and in your Calendar, ready for you to begin.
