You can log your workout using either the List View or the Guided View. Toggle between the two views using the buttons in the top righthand corner of the workout screen.
List View
1) Tap the list view icon during your workout.
2) To log a single set/round click on the single check-mark icon ().
3) To log an entire block click on the double check mark icon (), our "Complete All" feature.
4) Once all sets have been logged, Tap "Log Workout" at the bottom of your screen to finish and log the entire workout. Any unlogged exercises will be "skipped".
4) Tap "Complete Workout" to finalize and log your session.
Guided View:
1) Each time you click the blue checkmark icon (), the corresponding exercise will be logged. You will automatically be moved into the next exercise in the workout. Continue logging exercises until you have reached the end of the workout.
2) When you reach the end of your workout, simply click "Finish Workout" to log and save all your progress.
