If there’s a circuit, superset, or block of exercises in your workout that you’d prefer not to do, you can remove it from your exercise list. You can do this before starting a workout or while you’re in the middle of one.
Before a Workout
Go to the Home screen and open the workout.
Tap the three dots in the top right corner of the workout block and select Edit Workout.
In the workout overview, find the block of exercises you want to remove.
Swipe left on it to delete.
Tap Accept to save your changes.
During a Workout
Tap the list icon to view the workout structure.
Find the block of exercises you’d like to remove.
Swipe left on it to delete.
Tap Accept to save your changes.
💡 Pro Tip: Didn’t mean to delete that? No worries! Just tap the Pause button in the top left, then select Discard Workout. You’ll be able to restart the workout with its original programming.
