Here’s how to view exercise history, starting from the workout logger. Step-by-step instructions are below:
Before a Workout:
Planning your workout in advance can be a great way to save time at the gym.
Exercise Overview Screen:
1) On the workout overview page, tap on the exercise you want to review.
2) Tap on "Exercise History" under Actions.
Now you can edit your workout and input the weights your plan to pick up first.
During a Workout
Short Cut:
The fastest way to access the Exercise History in both logging views is by using the shortcut in the keyboard that opens when you tap into a measurement field!

In the guided view, tap the three dots next to the exercise name to access the "Exercise History."

1) Click on the three-dot icon next to the exercise and select "Exercise History."
2) Then, select "Exercise History" located below Actions
