FAQ: Why Would I Change Exercise Details?

Even though Moves workouts are thoughtfully designed, there are plenty of reasons you might want to tweak an exercise or workout:

  • Make it harder: Add reps, rounds, or weight to challenge yourself and progress faster.

  • Make it easier: Reduce reps or rounds if you’re short on time, not feeling 100%, or want a lighter session.

  • Adjust for equipment or space: Swap in an alternate exercise or modify sets to fit what you have available.

  • Personal goals: Sometimes you just want to emphasize certain muscles or focus on form—customizing helps you get the most out of your workout.
