Step-by-Step:

  1. Log your workout in the Moves App

  2. Tap Share once you’ve completed it

  3. Choose where to send it — post to social, or text it to your accountability crew!

  4. If you’re sharing to Instagram, you can post it as a Story, Reel, Post, or DM — whatever fits your vibe. Don’t forget to tag @movesapp so we can cheer you on!

A few tips:

  • Add your own caption or emojis to make it yours

  • Double-check what’s visible — only share what you’re comfortable with
